“I've tried more supplements than I'd like to admit, so I fully expected these to be another dud. I ordered one pouch because of the guarantee — figured I had nothing to lose. Week one, nothing dramatic. But around week three I noticed I wasn't dragging myself through the afternoon anymore, and my mornings felt lighter. I'm on my third pouch now and my daughter just ordered her own.”

Made for the days that feel heavier than they should
If any of these hit close to home, Aleva was built with you in mind.
The 3pm crash
Your morning coffee wears off and the afternoon turns into a fog. Amla supports your cells' own energy production — steady, not spiky.*
Foggy, heavy mornings
Waking up tired even after a full night. Antioxidant-rich amla helps your body push back against everyday oxidative stress.*
That bloated, puffy feeling
Amla has been used for centuries to support comfortable digestion — many customers notice they feel lighter within weeks.*
Looking as tired as you feel
Vitamin C is essential for collagen formation. Amla delivers it the way nature packaged it — with the whole fruit's antioxidants.*
How it works
Why one small fruit does so much
Amla (Indian gooseberry) is one of the most concentrated vitamin C and antioxidant sources ever measured. Here's how Aleva puts it to work.
Take 2 gummies daily
With or without food, any time of day. Fresh berry-citrus flavor — no water, no pills, no excuses.
Amla goes to work at the cellular level*
Its dense antioxidant profile helps defend your cells from everyday oxidative stress while supporting natural energy production.*
Consistency compounds
Like most botanicals, amla builds with daily use. Most customers say weeks 3–4 are when things quietly click.*

Questions, answered
Everything you're wondering
Will this work for me?
Aleva is designed for adults who feel drained, foggy or heavier than they should — especially 40+. It's vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO. As with any supplement, check with your doctor if you're pregnant, nursing or on medication.
What does amla actually do?
Amla is one of the most antioxidant-dense fruits ever measured and a naturally rich source of vitamin C. Taken daily, it supports your body's own energy production and defense against everyday oxidative stress.*
How long until I notice something?
Botanicals build with consistency. Weeks 1–2 are about the habit; most customers report the shift around weeks 3–4, with the fullest effect from 8–12 weeks of daily use.* That's exactly why our guarantee runs a full 90 days.
How do I take them?
Two gummies a day, any time, with or without food. Most people pair them with morning coffee so the habit sticks. One pouch is a complete 30-day supply.
What if it doesn't work for me?
